This policy explains how thereporthouse.com ("the site", "we", "us") handles information. TheReportHouse is a small shop that sells digital planners and spreadsheets on Etsy.

What we collect

We don't ask you for any personal information on this site. There are no accounts, sign-up forms, newsletters, or comment sections, and we don't set our own cookies.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see simple, overall numbers, such as how many people visit, which pages they view, and which sites referred them. It doesn't use cookies. We only see totals, not who you are. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how it handles this data.

Hosting and basic logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most websites, Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse and attacks. Cloudflare may use security cookies for this purpose. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ for details.

Links to Etsy and other sites

Our product pages link to our Etsy shop. All purchases, payments, downloads, and messages happen on Etsy and are covered by Etsy's own privacy policy (https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy). Some of our pages link to other websites, for example as sources. We're not responsible for how those sites handle your information.

Free downloads

If we offer free printables on the site, you can download them directly without giving us any information.

Children

The site is meant for adults planning a business. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we add anything that changes how information is handled (for example, a contact form), we'll update this page and the date above.
